• Business group: Canadian Digital Banking Engineering – Digital Payments – Provide microservices toscot mobile and web; deal with day-to-day payments, EMTs, bill payments, wallet provisioning
• Project: Not on a specific project – will be working with Digital solutioning for the digital channels, digital payments, transfers, Visa CTF

• Opportunity to work on the project at a business level and discovery phases, and have insight and input into overall project deliverables
• Analyze and develop technical requirements based on solution documentation
• Ensure integrity of the business and technical requirements in the end-to-end customer journey
• Drive joint application design solutioning sessions with our architecture, development, and security architecture teams that inform high-level estimates for large and medium-sized incoming initiatives
• Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements, and turn them into use cases, user stories, sequence diagrams, etc. to meet development and stakeholder needs
• Lead enterprise process engineering development across infrastructure, Security, DevOps and cryptography teams
• Create, refine and maintain the product backlog and associated deliverables; release backlog with forecasted delivery timelines
• Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional (for business needs) and non-functional requirements (such as reporting, performance, interfaces, and constraints.)
• Help improve and drive our engineering practices by providing valuable inputs and suggestions as to what works well and what can be done better
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a challenging IT system solution environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with REST API’s and microservices
• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment – agile/lean evangelist
• 3+ years of experience as Lead Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience creating BSA artifacts – user stories, sequence diagrams, etc
• Previous client experience, specifically in payment domain
• Experience as Product Owner or Product Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science degree
• Manager has a strong preference on resumes that are less than 3 pages (not including the matrix). 3-5 pages is acceptable. More than 5 pages won’t be considered.
• Being able to communicate effectively and concisely is important.
• Potential Initial Phone Call with HM – 15 minutes
• MS Teams Video Interview – 1 hour – with HM and 1-2 team members
• There will be a case study sent ahead of time to prepare and present in interview – 2 days to prepare, present findings in interview
