Business Systems Analyst

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a senior systems analyst in the IT industry on : gap analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, workflow diagram, data mapping spreadsheets.

Experience working within SDLC/Agile: analysis, design, prototyping, integration, testing deployment with cloud, 3rd party hosted, web based or mobile applications.

Experience in digital transformation, e-commerce platforms, data mapping & migration activities, customer journey mapping, data & analytics is considered beneficial.

Strong knowledge of integration design and development processes, data integration or workflows.

Experience with integration platforms (e.g. Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, Workato, Zapier)

Experience with ecommerce websites, know your customer, payment gateways, API’s and SaaS solutions

Experience working with 3rd party vendor partners and off the shelf solutions requiring configuration.

Experience working in a DevSecOps model is considered beneficial

Advanced experience in SQL, XML, functional specifications, process mapping tool (e.g.Visio), JIRA and Confluence.
