To be successful in this position you need to balance the needs of property owners with those of tenants, and achieve occupancy and rental goals. Please obtain a valid drivers license as well as your own reliable vehicle as you will be traveling to meet with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting potential tenants and guiding them on tours of available units.
  




• Following up on leads for potential tenants.
  




• Preparing leasing documents for potential tenants using property standards and regulations.
  




• Assist with market evaluation for properties that are yet to be leased.
  




• Meeting and exceeding targets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with 3 years of prior work experience in a related field or a high school Diploma with 4 years of prior work experience in a related field.
  




• Obtain a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle.
  




• In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices.
