CA - Sales Representative - Kitchener Waterloo Region

Responsibilities:

• Attend in person meetings with property owners.
  




• Explain our services to prospective clients.
  




• Assess properties to ensure it is suitable for our tenants.
  




• Reach and exceed monthly targets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with 3 years of prior work experience in a related field or a high school Diploma with 4 years of prior work experience in a related field.
  


• Must obtain a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle.
  


• Advanced sales skills.
  


• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  


• Multitasking and time management skills.
  


• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
  


• People-person, professional and outgoing.
  


• Available to work extended hours.
  


• Multilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas.
  


• Must park Real Estate license (if applicable).
