Cable Assembler

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cable Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electrical cables, harnesses, and wiring assemblies used in industrial, commercial, and electronic applications. This role requires precision, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical cables, wire harnesses, and connectors according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions.

• Strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires with proper tools and techniques.

• Inspect and test completed cable assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Identify and resolve assembly issues, reporting any defects or discrepancies to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Document production data and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Cable Assembler, Electrical Assembler, or similar role.

• Knowledge of wiring techniques, soldering, crimping, and cable assembly practices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in electronics or electrical assembly preferred).

• Minimum 12 years of cable assembly or electronics manufacturing experience.
