Campaign & Growth Manager (Manna | Creative Clicks)

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

Creative Clicks is a global performance marketing company operating in 65+ countries with 200+ colleagues from 25+ nationalities. We build, scale, and optimize digital subscription products using performance ads, paid social, and global partnerships, delivering scalable, measurable growth through data-driven experimentation.

The role in one line:
Own and scale high‑performance campaigns end‑to‑end—turn insights into experiments, experiments into wins, and wins into repeatable growth.

Team:
Manna (Ad Studio) is our fast-moving creative engine working closely with media buyers and product to ship, test, and scale high volumes of performance creatives.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle: plan → launch → optimize → scale across paid social and other performance channels.

  • Run structured experiments (audiences, bids, funnels, landing flows, creatives) with a tight test‑and‑learn cadence.

  • Partner daily with media buyers and Manna creatives to brief, iterate, and ship high‑performing assets at speed.

  • Translate data into action—monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention), identify breakpoints, and fix fast.

  • Explore and validate new markets, channels, and offers; build the growth playbooks for repeatable scaling.

  • Collaborate with BI and product to improve user flows (including subscription and mobile carrier‑billing journeys).

  • Own clear reporting and communicate growth learnings to stakeholders.

What you bring

  • 3–5+ years in performance marketing (paid social and/or multi-channel acquisition) with hands-on scaling experience.

  • Strong analytical mindset and fluency with funnel metrics; comfortable owning performance numbers.

  • Proven experimentation mindset (A/B testing, incrementality, structured decision-making).

  • Experience collaborating with creative production teams; ability to brief and iterate for performance.

  • Bonus: exposure to subscription products, mobile flows, carrier billing, or high‑velocity creative testing.

  • Bias to action, strong ownership mentality, and crisp communication.
