Campaign & Marketing Automation Manager

Role Overview
YOVU is looking for a hands-on Campaign & Marketing Automation Manager to execute high-quality marketing campaigns that drive growth in our Insurance vertical and strengthen engagement with existing clients.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building, launching, and refining campaigns. You’ll take ideas, product updates, and sales initiatives and turn them into polished, high-performing email, newsletter, and multi-channel outreach campaigns.
While Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a core tool, this role extends beyond email. You’ll also support LinkedIn and outbound sequencing channels, helping ensure consistent, professional communication across the full prospect and client journey.
We’re looking for someone with both technical capability and strong visual judgment—someone who can make campaigns look clean, credible, and effective in a B2B environment.
What You’ll Own
Campaign Execution
- Build, test, and launch campaigns supporting outbound sales, lead engagement, and client communication
- Turn rough ideas, notes, or internal content into launch-ready campaigns quickly
- Maintain a consistent cadence of outbound marketing activity across email and LinkedIn
Newsletters (existing client)
- Own the creation and distribution of our quarterly newsletter
- Ensure content is clear, relevant, and visually polished
- Continuously improve engagement and readability
Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Build and manage multi-step journeys using Journey Builder
- Use Automation Studio and Content Builder to support campaign execution
- Create and maintain reusable templates to improve speed and consistency
Outbound & Multi-Channel Campaigns
- Support LinkedIn and email-based outreach campaigns in partnership with sales
- Build and manage multi-touch sequences across platforms (email + LinkedIn touchpoints)
- Work with tools such as:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Lemlist)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related sequencing tools
- Ensure messaging consistency and professional presentation across all outbound channels
Trade Show & Event Lead Management
- Coordinate pre-event organization and logistics for major trade shows and events, working with design and sales teams.
- Design and launch automated lead nurturing sequences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for event attendees and booth visitors.
- Execute timely post-event follow-up strategies, including BDR outreach and campaign tracking, to ensure clean lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Segmentation & Database Management
- Manage audience segmentation, data extensions, and suppression logic
- Ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time
- Maintain clean, organized marketing data aligned with Salesforce CRM
Campaign Design & Quality
- Act as the visual filter for all outbound marketing
- Produce clean, professional email layouts with strong hierarchy and calls to action
- Ensure all campaigns are mobile-friendly and aligned with YOVU branding
Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversions)
- Monitor outreach effectiveness across both email and LinkedIn channels
- Provide clear, practical insights on what’s working and what’s not
- Continuously improve templates, targeting, and messaging
Quality Assurance
- Own final QA before launch: links, formatting, personalization fields, segmentation logic
- Ensure campaigns go out clean, accurate, and error-free
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience executing email and automation campaigns
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or a comparable platform)
- Working knowledge of journey building, segmentation, and campaign testing
- Strong design judgment—ability to create clean, professional B2B emails
- Comfortable working with HTML/CSS for email edits and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting or executing outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to take incomplete inputs and turn them into finished campaigns
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or sequencing tools (e.g., Expandi, Dripify, Waalaxy, Lemlist, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead list building
- Experience scheduling or analyzing LinkedIn content (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, Taplio, etc.)
- Experience working with Insurance Vertical, or B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing-to-sales workflows
- Ability to create supporting assets (PDFs, one-pagers, basic landing pages, Presentation Slides)
