This role offers a comprehensive training program where you will be able to spend 6 to 9 months gaining knowledge experience working in sales, marketing, business development and/or product management. At the conclusion of the program, you will be assessed by managers from each group and assigned to a position that maximizes your strengths. Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do

  • Conduct lead generation activities via call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for technology companies.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with KPIs and metrics.
  • Prospect, call, set up, and confirm meetings between technology companies and government customers.
  • Document all calls, sales activities, and customer/technology company interactions in our company CRM.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing business relationships with technology company reps, channel partner reps, and government customers.
  • Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
  • Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
  • Position products and service programs suited to customer’s business needs.
  • Attend all scheduled TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, TD SYNNEX events.
  • Your passion is sparked by:

  • Recent graduate from an accredited college or university with a focus on Business Administration and are looking for an entry level Sales opportunity;
  • Demonstrated business communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to converse with customers effectively over the phone
  • Proven interpersonal skills and capable of learning, applying and presenting sales principles/techniques within a short timeframe
  • Advanced computer skills capable of multi-tasking and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently
  • Must be number and detail-oriented
  • High degree of ethics and integrity a must
  • Ability to multitask in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
  • Work under general supervision
