Car Dealer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Dealer to join our automotive sales team. The Car Dealer will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting, financing, and purchasing vehicles while ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience. This role requires excellent sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.

• Present and explain features, specifications, and benefits of new and pre-owned vehicles.

• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.

• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-ins in a professional manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and dealership performance goals.

• Handle all required paperwork, contracts, and compliance processes accurately.

• Ensure the showroom and vehicle display areas are well-presented.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Car Dealer, Automotive Sales Representative, or similar role.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of vehicles, financing options, and automotive industry trends.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.

• Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

• Valid drivers license required.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

• Minimum 23 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership operations.
