Cardiologist for well -established community -based clinic

MDSearch is recruiting full -time and part -time Cardiologists for a well -established regional cardiology practice in Peterborough, Ontario.

This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient consultative and diagnostic cardiology alongside participation in the inpatient cardiology service at the region's Regional Cardiac Centre of Excellence. Physicians enjoy a diverse clinical practice with continuity of care, strong administrative support, and the flexibility to build a successful practice while maintaining an excellent work -life balance. The Opportunity

Physicians will provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care while participating in the inpatient cardiology service. Responsibilities include:

• Outpatient cardiology consultations and follow -up care
  
• Inpatient cardiology consultations and management of hospitalized patients
  
• Participation in an approximately 1 -in -8 shared call schedule
  
• Collaboration with experienced nurse practitioners and a multidisciplinary care team
  

Diagnostic Services

The practice offers comprehensive, accredited cardiac diagnostic services, including:

• Echocardiography
  
• Stress echocardiography
  
• Nuclear cardiology
  
• Exercise stress testing
  
• Holter monitoring
  
• Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM)
  

An experienced operations and administrative team manages the day -to -day clinic operations, allowing physicians to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Independent or Provisional Certificate of Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  
• Royal College Certification in Cardiology (or equivalent)
  
• Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
