As we continue to improve our craft and grow our dynamic team, Effect Homes is seeking personnel with experience in residential construction including framing and/or concrete work. The ideal candidates enjoy working collaboratively with a team, is a lifelong learner, and takes enormous pride in their work. 

Candidates for this position would be expected to:

- Frame floors, walls, roofs and decks

- Install windows and doors

- Install decking

- Install stairs

- Assemble scaffold

- Have a clean drivers abstract, a valid license and vehicle

- Provide basic hand tools
