What You'll Do:

Working under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager, you’ll take on a variety of hands-on tasks across residential and commercial builds. Some of the work includes:
Framing and erecting walls

• Installing windows, doors, and interior finishes


• Setting floor trusses, subfloors, and roof trusses


• Constructing decks and performing rough carpentry


• Working with wood, ICF foundations, and other materials


• Measuring, cutting, and assembling with precision
  
  

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Is self-motivated, focused, and detail-oriented


• Has strong communication skills and works well with others


• Can work independently or as part of a team


• Brings professionalism, safety, and efficiency to the job site


• Has their own hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle
  
  

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or GED equivalent


• Previous construction experience is a definite asset
