SLCS is currently seeking Full-Time Case Workers for our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Program. The people we support live within the community and receive assistance with connection to resources, life skills education and activities of daily living. As a member of this interdisciplinary team, you will provide support services and crisis intervention to adults with disabilities, mental health needs and/or addictions. This role may support people who have the potential to become verbally or physically aggressive in a one to one setting.

Please note this position does not include PSW type work such as personal care or medication administration.
The program runs between the hours of 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week. The successful candidate will be required to work a rotation of 12 hour shifts as well as one 8 hour shift every two weeks on a Saturday. The rotation includes a 3 day weekend every other weekend and a complete sample schedule will be provided during the pre-screening phase.
