Casino Lounge Expeditor

Red Deer Resort & Casino is seeking a Casino Lounge Expeditor to support our fast-paced lounge and gaming operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating food service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring efficient food flow, accurate order delivery, and a clean, well-organized service environment—contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery


• Expedite food service by monitoring order timing and ensuring meals are served together and without delay


• Verify order accuracy, food presentation, portioning, and quality before service


• Support servers by running food and communicating order status, modifications, and special requests


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of glassware, bar tools, workstations, and service areas


• Assist with bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory checks as required


• Address and resolve order discrepancies promptly and professionally


• Support bar, kitchen, and service teams during peak periods to maintain smooth operational flow


• Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume lounge and kitchen environment


• Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills


• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards


• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure


• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts


• Previous experience in a lounge, bar, kitchen, or casino environment is an asset but not required


• Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness is an asset
