Pay Rate: $18.35 – $22.07 per hour
Employment Type: Casual / Seasonal
Schedule: Various shifts
Overtime: Averaging Agreement (AA) – Overtime after 88 hours

Responsibilities

As a Casual Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across various client sites. Duties include:

• Conducting proactive interior and exterior patrols
• Assisting visitors, clients, and staff during emergencies or incidents
• Responding to alarms and security situations promptly and professionally
• De-escalating conflict and liaising with emergency responders when required
• Providing First Aid and medical response when necessary
• Maintaining accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation
• Managing Lost & Found items according to site procedures
• Building strong, professional relationships with clients and team members
• Following site-specific protocols and direction from Paladin leadership

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (WSIB-approved provider)
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License

• Overtime pay under Averaging Agreement
