• Lead contract administration for third-party services, engineering, and construction contracts at the project site
• Manage construction contracts executed on Time and Material, unit rate, and reimbursable bases, ensuring strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Oversee EPC and EPCM-related contracts, amendments, and commercial interfaces during construction execution

• Manage and validate T&M cost controls, including labor, equipment, material, and indirect cost components
• Review, analyze, and approve contractor invoices, ensuring alignment with approved rates, backup documentation, and contract terms
• Lead change order development, evaluation, negotiation, and approval, ensuring timely commercial resolution and documentation
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual, commercial, and schedule obligations, escalating issues as required

• Act as the primary commercial interface between construction, engineering, procurement, finance, project controls, and external contractors
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, balancing commercial risk, execution needs, and relationship management
• Utilize SAP and contract management systems to support cost tracking, commitments, accruals, forecasting, and reporting
• Apply LEMS processes to support disciplined contract execution, cost transparency, and governance compliance

• Identify commercial risks and opportunities during construction execution and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure contract execution aligns with project governance, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Support claims avoidance through proactive contract administration and early issue resolution

• Extensive experience in contract management within large construction or industrial projects, preferably in energy, hydrogen, or heavy industrial facilities
• Demonstrated experience managing Time and Material and unit rate construction contracts during execution phases
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously in fast-paced site environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting construction execution teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced experience administering Time and Material construction contracts, including cost validation and rate analysis
• Strong understanding of construction contract structures, EPC/EPCM models, and third-party service agreements
• Hands-on experience with SAP (advanced user) for commitments, cost tracking, accruals, and reporting
• Proficiency with LEMS processes and governance frameworks
• Cost tracking, forecasting, and budget control for construction-phase contracts
• Invoice validation, reconciliation, and audit support
• Labor, equipment, and indirect rate benchmarking and analysis
• Change order management, documentation, and commercial negotiation
• Strong systems-focused mindset with the ability to leverage tools and data for decision-making
• Understanding of construction scheduling, resource planning, and interface management

• Competitive compensation of $90.00 to $100.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
