BUILD A BRAND-NEW ACADEMY FROM DAY ONE!! 

A new Fueling Brains Academy is opening in Lloydminster in January 2027, and we need two founding Center Directors to lead it. You will be hiring your team, meeting the first families through the door, and setting the culture from the first morning.

YOUR SIDE OF THE CAMPUS:

• Junior Preschool Director: You lead our infant and toddler programs, where the youngest learners build their first foundations.


• Preschool Director: You lead our preschool program, where children grow into confident, curious learners ready for what’s next.

Each is its own licensed centre with its own director. You’ll work side by side as founding partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead the daily running of your centre, keeping children safe, ratios covered and classrooms ready


• Recruit, coach and develop a team of educators, and make them feel like a team


• Bring the Fueling Brains curriculum to life, a program built around executive function and whole-child development


• Be the face families trust, from the first tour to the first parent-teacher meeting


• Build a strong relationship with licensing and keep your centre inspection-ready


• Manage your budget, enrolment, schedules and records


• Grow your centre as new children and classrooms are added

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF:

• You have 2–5 years in licensed child care, with leadership or supervisory experience. Assistant directors and lead educators ready for the next step are encouraged to apply.


• You hold, or can obtain, Saskatchewan Early Childhood Educator certification. Level 3 is preferred, and Alberta-certified candidates are welcome to apply. We’ll walk you through the Saskatchewan process.


• You coach people well, communicate clearly and make good calls under pressure


• You’re excited to build something and learn as you go


• You have a clear vulnerable sector check, and valid Child Care First Aid and CPR (or you’ll get it within 3 months)
  

You don’t need to live in Lloydminster. We care about your leadership, not your postal code.
