Centres for Early Learning includes a group of ten independently owned and operated Child Care Centres throughout the City of Toronto and in Milton, Ontario. Since 1975, Centres for Early Learning has been offering quality care for children, currently from infants to 12 years of age. We are hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. This event will follow a structured two-round format designed to help us get to know you better.

Interview Schedule:

• Morning Session: Please arrive promptly at 9:00 AM for our morning drop-in interviews.


• Afternoon Session: Please arrive by 1:00 PM for the afternoon drop-in interviews.

Candidates will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis within each session.

Please plan to stay for approximately 1–2 hours, depending on the number of candidates and interview flow.

The Interview Format:

Within each session, candidates will move through two interview rounds:

• Round 1 – Initial Screening (Drop-In Style):
  Once you arrive during your chosen session, you’ll join a queue and participate in a brief meet-and-greet and screening. No appointment is required, but space is limited and candidates are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.


• Round 2 – In-Depth Interview:
  Candidates who are shortlisted from Round 1 during the same session will be invited to remain for a more detailed interview focused on their experience.

• Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)


• Early Childhood Assistant (ECA)

Daily Requirements:

• Flexibility between the hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm.


• Ability to lift 40 pounds.


• Eligibility to work in Canada.
