Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Experience working as a Millwright with a valid Interprovincial Ticket

  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems.

In this role you will:

  • Work with a high-performance team dedicated to maintaining all mill machinery including pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers and chains, bearings and hydraulic systems involved in the manufacturing process.

  • Keep our systems running smoothly by performing preventative and predictive maintenance. This includes inspecting machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.

  • Find safe, creative ways to boost equipment reliability and streamline our processes.

  • Apply your knowledge, skills and experience to troubleshoot issues and come up with safe, reliable fixes to keep the mill running.

  • You may also be eligible for relocation support including community connections so you can live (and play) where you work.

  • You’ll be supported in continued development through on-the-job and classroom training.

  • You’ll be part of a positive, innovative, and inclusive work environment.
