Change Management Specialist - OCM 068

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to support the implementation of Digital Health initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in organizational change management, particularly within healthcare environments, and will be responsible for driving adoption, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational change management efforts on IT, process, and business architecture projects within healthcare settings

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication plans

• Coach teams and contribute to project management activities

• Design and deliver training materials and curricula to support healthcare process changes

• Support the implementation of standardized staff scheduling across multiple healthcare organizations

• Contribute clinical insight from direct patient care experience to guide change initiatives

• Assist in the implementation of PROCURA mobile software in homecare environments

Mandatory Certifications:
Candidates must provide valid certification at the time of application.

• Prosci (ADKAR) Certification

• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification

• Six Sigma Certification

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in organizational change management related to healthcare IT and process improvement projects

• At least 7 years in project management or team leadership roles implementing healthcare projects

• 5 years developing training materials for process changes in healthcare, including work with large organizations (1000+ employees)

• 3 years implementing standardized staff scheduling processes across healthcare organizations

• 3 years of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting

• 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare environment
