Responsibilities
Reporting to the Lead – Immunology Patient Support Program, the Patient Support Program Manager will be responsible for:
Program Supervision and Management
Coordination and Communication
Operational Support
Cross-functional Collaboration
Healthcare Professional Engagement
Analysis and Continuous Improvement
Quality, Compliance, and Ethics
Customer Service and Change Management
This role involves direct customer interaction and requires regular travel within the territory.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Education Requirements
University degree in Business or Life Sciences.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in various cross-functional areas of the healthcare industry, including 1–3 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with Patient Support Programs.
Required Experience and Skills
Strong ability to manage change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strategic thinking, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and vendors.
Strong customer focus and commitment to improved patient outcomes.
High-level organizational skills, strong prioritization, and focus on execution excellence.
Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across the organization to achieve priorities.
Compliance-focused; understanding of applicable industry codes, laws, and regulations.
Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including public and private payers.
Languages: French and English, both spoken and written
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
Experience in multiple cross-functional areas relevant to the role, including 1–3 years of proven experience in life sciences and engagement with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals is an asset.
Experience in Immunology is an asset.
