Here is what you will be doing each day:

As the Chef du Partie you are responsible for assisting the Sous Chef’s and assigning, coordinating and supervising the set-up and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and ensure food quality, set-up and service are in accordance with the standardized recipes and procedures. You are also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitization and safety in the kitchen and work areas.

You don’t shy away from industrial equipment, manual work, or being on your feet for an entire shift. The pride you have in your culinary talent, organizational skills and fast pace will be a great benefit in this role. You have completed or are working to complete your red seal certification. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays works for your personal like.
