KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily cleaning of all common areas, including corridors, lobbies, entrances, and office spaces


• Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and presentable environment


• Sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the day, including fitness equipment and amenity areas


• Clean and maintain washrooms and shared amenities on an ongoing basis


• Clean glass surfaces, patios, and BBQ areas daily


• Conduct daily interior and exterior walkthroughs to remove garbage, debris, and pet waste


• Inspect and clean the garbage room daily


• Complete weekly tasks including:
  
  
  
  • Vacuuming corridors and sweeping stairwells
  
  
  • Dusting and maintaining vacant suites to ensure rent-ready condition
  
  
  • Deep scrubbing of tile surfaces using appropriate equipment (e.g., floor machine)
  
  
  
  


• Support suite readiness by:
  
  
  
  • Preparing suites for move-in with final touch-up cleaning
  
  
  • Completing suite turnover cleans as required
  
  
  • Maintaining show suites to a high standard
  
  
  
  


• Perform periodic cleaning duties, including:
  
  
  
  • Carpet shampooing of all floors (approximately every 6 weeks)
  
  
  • Ongoing spot cleaning of walls and surfaces
  
  
  
  


• Maintain exterior service areas, including daily sweeping of the loading dock and touch-up cleaning of the parkade


• Carry out other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently


• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks throughout the day


• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods


• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required to support communication with residents, team members, and management
