Cleaning Service Manager

Job Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of projects managed and report to the owners.

Provide weekly updates as well as recommendations for improving services to ensure client satisfaction.

Implement policies and procedures for staff as well as lead by example to ensure that team moral and efficiencies are met.

Responsible to clean with the team when short staffed to ensure work is completed for the project.

Travel between projects that you are managing to work with the team and help as needed while reporting to owners.

Responsible for being on site and be the liaison from the customer to the owners to ensure project terms are met or exceeded.

Plan and control budget and inventory of the project

Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems as well as escalate if required to owners.

Interview, and recommend workers to be hired as well as train and supervise staff.

Other duties as required.

Willing to travel to remote work locations

Several years cleaning supervisor/manager experience is an asset or open pit mining cleaning experience is required.

Punctual and attention to detail

Not allergic to dust and not afraid to get dirty

Dependable

Willing to work overtime

Great attitude

Willing to work evenings and weekends

Drivers license is required to bring team to job sites

Must have strong interpersonal skills and problem solving to deal with clients and update ownership

Must have strong computer and math skills

Valid First Aid Certificate is required or willing to obtain

BC Mines Supervisor Certification is an asset, must be willing to obtain (company will support obtaining this)
