Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician with extensive experience in residential cleaning as well as janitorial and building maintenance. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both clients and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms,bedrooms, and living spaces.

• Conduct janitorial services for commercial properties (offices, retail, etc.)

• Carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting.

• Maintain cleanliness in building common areas: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and stairwells.

• Perform basic building maintenance and report issues (e.g., leaky faucets, burned-out lights).

• Be able to properly do Residential cleaning as well ( Move-in -Moveout Cleaning) 

• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential and commercial/janitorial cleaning.

• Working knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Physical stamina and mobility must be able to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• CUSTOMER SERVICE 

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred.

• BC DRIVERS LICENSE IS A STRONG ASSET.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
