Job Description - Client & Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Montreal, QC

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Client & Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting into the Vice President of Payment Services, the role of the Client & Sales Support Coordinatorwill be responsible for providing exceptional sales support for our inside sales team, assisting with pre- and post-customer onboarding, as well as providing administrative support to our customers regarding their existing merchant service account. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support, handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. 
  • Support sales staff, provide general administrative work and assist with client accounts as required. 
  • Ability to provide existing customers information on all software products. 
  • Record, track, and manage shipping information on customer hardware  
  • Ability to take the initiative in finding creative approaches that make each customer’s experience feel personal. 
  • Various other tasks and projects as assigned 

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Cegep Degree 
  • Minimum 1-year of relevant experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Great time management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Salary: $52,000 - $55,000
