Who Are You?
You are a high-performing account manager who consistently delivers strong results and knows how to build and maintain client relationships. You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and hold a high bar for quality and performance.
You think beyond your own accounts. You notice patterns, gaps, and opportunities across the team and naturally bring forward ideas on how things could be improved. You’re not just focused on hitting your numbers; you care about how the team operates and how the business grows.
You are credible with your peers because you do the job well. You lead by example, not by title. You’re someone others trust, learn from, and turn to for support when they need help closing, positioning, or navigating a client situation.
You communicate clearly and directly. You can translate between teams, simplify complex ideas, and bring structure to conversations between sales, marketing, and product.
What's The Role?
This role is a hybrid between account management and leadership/strategic support.
Approximately 70% of your time will be spent managing a portfolio of up to 20 client accounts. You are responsible for delivering strong performance, driving revenue, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction within your book of business.
The remaining 30% of your time is focused on supporting the broader sales organization. This includes owning product rollout efforts, representing the account management and client perspective in product and marketing conversations, supporting peers in real-time selling situations, and contributing to strategy.
You will act as a bridge between account management, marketing, and product. Your role is to ensure that what we build, how we sell, and how we deliver are aligned with what actually works in practice.
This is not a people management role. You will not have direct reports and are not accountable for team performance. Your impact comes through execution, influence, and leading by example.
