Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Train our clients on our SharpLight Technologies products

· Conduct demonstrations for new or existing clients on clinical treatments and our products

· Support Territory Manager in leading demonstrations and other projects as needed

· Maintain a high level of customer service with all partners

· Ensure you have superior knowledge of SharpLight products and technologies to articulate to existing and new partners

The Superstar:

We are looking for an individual who is self-directed, proactive, energetic, and who has a proven track record in Training & Customer Service. The required experience we are looking for include:

Required Education, Languages & Skills:

  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Aesthetic or Nursing education background or work experience
  • Must have previous experience with laser technology
  • Highly committed individual
  • Excellent written, and oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
