Clinical Nurse Specialist

The CNS is responsible for working strategically across multiple internal and external stakeholders to promote nursing research and apply best practices of cancer nursing across the province. Working within a multi-disciplinary health team and senior leadership, the Clinical Nurse Specialist ensures projects, initiatives, and program evaluations all consider the specific standards of practice. The Clinical Nurse Specialist upholds and acts in accordance with the mandate of BC Cancer to assess and coordinate services to best meet the needs of patients across the province.

Salary: $106,026 - $152,413 per year. The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan. Salary will be prorated accordingly for part time roles.
Location: 500 - 686 West Broadway, Vancouver V5Z 1G1
Hours of work: Monday - Friday; 0830-1630
