Key Responsibilities

• Lead education and training programs for care staff
• Promote a person- and family-centered care culture
• Monitor compliance with BCs health regulations and safety standards
• Mentor nurses and support team leaders in clinical best practices
• Oversee incident reporting, infection control, and emergency readiness
• Actively participate in quality improvement and accreditation efforts

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (BCCNP) in British Columbia
• 5+ years of experience in gerontology or long-term care
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Knowledge of relevant health legislation and clinical standards
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
