We are looking for a Collaborative Program Support Officer (CPSO) to support the National Program Office (NPO), part of the Industry and Innovation Division. The Collaborative Program Support Officer (CPSO) would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
This position would appeal to someone who demonstrates a great attention to detail and has a passion for providing high quality customer service and solutions. You would have good judgment in the analysis of problems and enjoy managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a CPSO, you would be using your business and financial acumen to support both internal and external clients in the delivery of the National Program Office programs. You could be working independently and/or as part of a team.
Duties may include but are not limited to: responding to client inquiries, reviewing claims and processing payments in NRC financial system in accordance with the terms of the grant and contribution agreements, producing financial and other statistical reports, administering contribution agreements to academia institutions, firms and organizations, including preparing and reviewing funding agreements and amendments, and undertaking special projects or assignments.

Successful completion of secondary school education according to provincial/territorial standards.
Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in a relevant discipline would be considered an asset.
Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree would be considered an asset.

In addition, the incumbent will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
