Robert Half has partnered with a well established, Edmonton-based company to help them find a Collections Analyst for their team. The main responsibilities of the role are:
•Creating and maintaining credit history files
•Analyzing and assessing credit worthiness of new and existing customers
•Supporting collection efforts/calls (work with General Managers of each location)
•Documenting/Reporting collections activities
•Responding to credit inquiries
•Identifying potential risk related to delinquent accounts or bad debt
The position will work closely with the AR Supervisor and report to the CFO, and is office-based primarily, with work hours being Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ( with some flexibility around start and end times).
The company is an employee-owned business with a long history of success as well as a bright future.
