About the Role

Jim Peplinski Capital is looking for a Commercial Lease Manager responsible for creating asset-based financing solutions for customers across Canada.


 


Your role is to find, foster and grow customer relationships by creating custom tailored financing solutions for their rolling assets.

What The Role Consist of




  • Cultivate New Partnerships: Find and develop fleet and equipment financing opportunities, expanding our client base while nurturing existing relationships.

  • Deliver Excellence: Handle lease quotations, renewals, and extensions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a seamless client experience.

  • Understand and Innovate: Leverage your deep understanding of our clients’ needs to identify competitive pricing and vehicle solutions, transforming challenges into opportunities.

  • Own the Client Journey: Manage the entire vehicle delivery process and provide personalized follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact, taking ownership of client relationships and growth.
