Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (LA Office)

Offit Kurman is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join our LA Litigation team.

We are looking for an attorney with 3+ years’ commercial litigation experience. This position focuses on a broad range of private client business litigation. The attorney will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs and motions, taking and defending depositions, as well as court appearances and trial work.

Must be admitted and active to practice in CA.
