Position: Commercial Real Estate Analyst
Location: Downtown Montreal, QC
Monday - Friday (Hybrid 1 day/week WFH)
Schedule: 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
Salary - 105K annually

Responsibilities
- You are expected to manage commercial real estate building
- Manage and prepare high volume of detailed reports and invoices.
- You will have to work closely with the property manager
- Managing operations tasks as required.
- Working with the accounting team
- You can expect to receive inbound calls if there is any building emergency
Qualifications
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Must have commercial real estate office building experience
- Must have budgeting, accruals, variance understanding
- Good Analytical skills
- Strong financial background is required
- Yardi experience
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills
- 3- 5 years of property management experience
