Role Description:

Arcadis is seeking an experienced CDE (Common Data Environment) Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of digital project workflows and data management processes within the assigned CDE. This role focuses on coordinating and implementing digital delivery strategies, managing the CDE, ensuring data security, and supporting asset lifecycle management from design to operations and maintenance. As a CDE Manager, you play a pivotal role in streamlining project workflows, facilitating secure access to information, and fostering seamless collaboration across teams.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital delivery strategies to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with project goals.


• Maintain and manage the Common Data Environment, ensuring its functionality, security, and accessibility for all stakeholders.


• Oversee data management protocols to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.


• Support the lifecycle management of assets, enabling efficient transitions from design to operations and maintenance phases.


• Facilitate cross-team collaboration by authorizing information usage, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring all teams have access to accurate and timely project data.


• Act as the primary point of contact for CDE administration and data management processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ProjectWise, SharePoint, or similar tools


• Extensive experience in managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital workflows


• Strong expertise in data security, governance, and management practices


• Knowledge of standards and regulations like ISO 19650 and industry best practices


• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary/multi-organization teams


• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools


• Experience in asset management and operations workflows


• Strong analytical skills for developing matrices, plans, and validation processes
