Position : Communications / Sales Assistant
Location: Anjou
Salary: $50K to $55K yearly
Are you a professional with a background in communication and administration? Do you have experience in writing, composing letters, creating promotional content, and developing materials for brochures?
A leading automobile distributor in the East-End of Montreal is seeking an experienced Communications / Sales Assistant to join their team.
In this role, 80% of your responsibilities will focus on communications and administrative support, while 20% will involve event management.

We would love to meet:
- College diploma (DEC) in communication, administration, marketing, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers from outside Quebec region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is an asset
- Knowledge of the automotive industry distribution is an asset
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales documents for new product launches, memos, and more
- Post various documents on internal and external communication portals
- Provide logistical and administrative support for mechanic workshop banner programs
- Manage labour warranty and national warranty programs
- Support the administrative management of the sales department
- Actively participate in the development of supplier promotions
- Assist and support the sales team in communicating and executing all customer service development tools
- Perform various administrative tasks (invoicing, claims, document writing, establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, etc.)
- Produce and distribute sales reports
