Role Overview
We’re hiring a Community Manager to lead Creator’s most strategic relationships across talent agencies, creator managers, platforms, and elite creators.
This is a partnership-driven, deal-oriented role focused on expanding Creator’s ecosystem through high-impact alliances that create value for both creators and brands.
You will play a key role in building and strengthening our creator network by developing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and helping grow one of the most engaged influencer communities in the industry.
The role requires a solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset geared toward driving platform outcomes by building strategic relationships with agencies, platforms, influencers, and other complementary companies.
Our goal is simple: to build the largest and most engaged creator community at creator.co.
Responsibilities:
Community Growth and Engagement
- Working closely with our Community Lead, you’ll be tasked with identifying and building partnerships with talent agencies, platforms, and other partners to aid in growth, engagement, and notoriety.
- Strategically build and engage the key influencer groups we’ve identified across multiple social media and affiliate channels.
- Build a marketing + partnerships flywheel to drive scalable community growth and engagement.
Agency & Ecosystem Partnerships
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with talent agencies, creator managers, and representation firms globally.
- Establish and negotiate partnerships with creator-focused platforms, networks, and tools that support creator growth, monetization, education, analytics, and distribution.
- Structure ecosystem partnerships that drive long-term collaboration, expand Creator’s reach, and elevate the visibility and perceived value of the Creator Community.
Creator Recruitment & Signings
- Identify, recruit, and sign macro and mega creators to the Creator platform.
- Where appropriate, structure creator signings to include promotional or brand amplification moments, such as announcements, content collaborations, or events that elevate the Creator Community.
Representation & Market Intelligence
- Represent Creator at industry events, conferences, and private partner meetings.
- Track trends in the creator economy and provide insight to inform partnership and platform strategy.
Creator Value & Content Partnerships
- Translate partnerships into tangible benefits for creators, including:
- Exclusive education and training opportunities
- Access to events, panels, and creator experiences
- Discounted or early access to tools, platforms, or products
- Content collaboration and monetization opportunities
Brand & Opportunity Development
- Leverage creator and partner relationships to facilitate introductions with brands that would benefit from access to Creator’s high-performing creator community.
- Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to convert creator-led introductions into new brand relationships that further strengthen the Creator Community’s market presence.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading creator, talent, or platform partnerships, ideally within influencer marketing, media, SaaS, or the creator economy.
- An established network across talent agencies, creator managers, and creator-focused platforms, with the ability to open doors and move conversations forward.
- Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing partnership and creator agreements that drive long-term value.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage executive-level relationships.
- Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to identify opportunities, create momentum, and own outcomes.
- A natural connector with a strong presence and a genuine passion for networking, deal-making, and building influence.

Compensation Range
We offer a starting salary of $80,000 - $100,000 CAD
Total compensation includes salary, commission, bonus, benefits, and other perks
