Job Description - Computer and Information Systems Managers NOC 20012 Jobs In -Demand APPLY FOR FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

• Collaborate
with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand
and evaluate IT and systems needs and requirements.

• Communicate
company goals, policies, and procedures to the CIS team;
develop a plan to meet those needs.
• Evaluate current technology
usage and business needs and recommend software and hardware
improvements.

•
Monitor backup, security, and user support systems.

• Keep abreast of
technological advancements. Provide technical support to users.

•
Prepare and deliver project or activity progress reports.

•
Implement and monitor operating budgets and expenditures.

•
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Requires a
bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or a
related field.
• Related experience is
preferred.

• Long time
sitting at desk and working on computer.

• Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in
Microsoft Office suite or related software.

• Thorough
understanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, activities,
and procedures.

• Excellent
organizational skills, ability to prioritize work.

• The ability to
explain technical problems and provide solutions to people without
a tech background.
