Concession Cook

The Winnipeg Football Club is looking for enthusiastic Concessions Cook to provide an excellent fan experience for our patrons. A Concessions Cook works towards giving our fans the best experience through fast quality food. The ideal candidate will be able to speak clearly and loudly, a positive and motivating attitude, is reliable and provides fan first service.

What you will do:

• Maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils to health and safety regulations
• Cook all food to the specifications in recipes to ensure quality and consistent products
• Excellent speed of service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
• Strong communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high paced environment
• Ability to maintain a neat, clean & professional appearance
• Positive attitude

• Previous cooking experience preferred but not neccessary
• Willingness to put customer experience first
• Ability to stand for up to 5+ hours during a game
• Commitment to all Blue Bomber home games
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat
