Concrete Finisher - Flatwork

Hours: 40–55 hours/week, overtime available

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team, specializing in flatwork. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate availability, offering competitive wages and growth potential, including the possibility of taking on supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing work on flatwork projects (driveways, sidewalks, slabs, pads, etc.)


• Operate concrete finishing equipment, including power tools, rakes, and screeds


• Operate truck and trailer for job site transportation and material handling


• Ensure quality and precision in all finishing work


• Follow site safety protocols and procedures


• Potential to take on supervisory duties as experience and performance warrant

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in concrete finishing


• Valid Class 5 driver's license


• No formal education, license, or certification required


• Fluent in English


• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work full-time hours, including overtime as needed
