The Project:
Start Date: September 12 and/or September 13, 2025
Duration: Approximately 7 to 14 days
Location: Anzac, AB
Hours: 12 Hours per day
Shift: Day and Night Shift are offered
Accommodations: Camp Housing and Meals are provided
Compensation: Competitive
Candidate Qualifications:
3 years of Confined Space Entry and Industrial Cleaning Operations experience
Available to complete onboarding and orientations
Pre Access Orientation (Provided through Vertex)
Oil and Gas Operations experience
Turnaround/Shutdown experience
Breathing Air/Mask experience is required
Physically able to lift and carry up to 45 Kg
Drug & Alcohol Testing (Provided by Vertex)
Fit Testing (Provided by Vertex)
Safety Ticket Requirements:
Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive
Energy Safety Canada Confined Space Entry and Monitor
CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
CSTS 2020
Assets to Have
Class 5 Driver's License
Energy Safety Canada Fall Protection
First Aid with AED
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in confined space for shifts of up to 2 hours
Stand, sit, crouch, and kneel for extended periods of time
Participate in the installation and removal of energy isolation devices, blanks, blinds, etc.
Rig in / rig out ventilation, wash and vacuum equipment
Follow directions accurately
Accurate reporting of conditions in the confined space
Assist confined space entry personnel in donning and doffing required PPE when entering and exiting confined space when not in confined space
Perform assigned emergency response roles including confined space rescue
Actively participate in safety meetings, tool box meetings, permit and hazard assessment reviews
Prepare hazard assessments as appropriate
Maintain composure during high-stress and multi-tasking challenges
Support cleaning of respiratory protective equipment
Complete required inspection records for PPE and equipment
Complete required inventory of trailers daily and at end of the project
Support outside of space operations, maintaining support equipment in berm/work area as directed
