Job Description - Construction Equipment Territory Sales Manager

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for the construction industry? Join our dynamic team at Top Lift Enterprises, a leader in providing top-notch construction equipment solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and expand our market presence. (Territory: Grey, Bruce, Huron, Dufferin, Perth, Wellington & Waterloo)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of

industry trends.

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering

tailored equipment solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction equipment and related technologies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to travel within the designated territory as required.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
