Construction Labour

Position Overview
We are seeking Construction Labourers to support surface preparation, material handling. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team environment. Entry‑level workers with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Work may include local projects as well as out‑of‑town assignments, depending on project requirements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials


• Assist with substrate surface preparation


• Assist with measuring and cutting foam and mesh


• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt


• Mix basecoat and finish materials to specified consistency


• Perform minor trowelling work and assist with stucco application as directed
  
  

Tools, Equipment & Site Operations

• Assist with erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades


• Lift, carry, and handle materials and tools required for work


• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  
  

Experience, Competencies & Requirements

• 1-3 years of EIFS/Stucco or Construction labour experience
  


• Minor trowelling and finishing experience
  


• WHMIS certification 


• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
