CONSTRUCTION LABOURER

Construction Labourer
Location: Fraser Valley, BC

We are currently hiring Construction Labourers for multiple projects across the Fraser Valley. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with at least 1 year of construction experience and a positive attitude. Candidates must be physically fit and able to travel between job sites. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively within a team
• Maintain safety standards and follow job site regulations
• Perform general labour duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Compensation & Schedule

• $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts

Project Details

The first project site will be located in Chilliwack and will involve site preparation for parks and playgrounds.
