Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. Develop risk management plans. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Prepare reports. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. Experience: 5 years or more. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes. Health benefits: Dental plan. Health care plan.
