Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. Develop risk management plans. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Prepare reports. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. Experience: 5 years or more. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes. Health benefits: Dental plan. Health care plan.
