Full-Cycle Oversight: Coordinate all construction stages, ensuring seamless transitions between excavation, structural framing, finishing, and occupancy.
Digital Management: Leverage Procore for managing daily site logs, RFIs, and submittals, and Bluebeam for real-time plan markups and drawing reviews.
Deficiency & Handover: Manage detailed deficiency lists, coordinate trade handovers, and lead pre-delivery inspections to ensure flawless suite handovers.
