Construction Site Superintendent - ICI - OttawaThis is a full time Permanent position.The organization has project sites sites across the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area. Projects will be based in and around the Greater Ottawa Area as well as the Ottawa valley. Position Overview:

• As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple trades and general labour on project sites, including coordinating and overseeing the management of safety orientations, meetings and documentation.
• You must be able to work, as a team, with the Project Manager and other key company personnel to ensure the project meets (or is completed quicker than) schedule, and to assist in coordination of building turnover

Construction Site Superintendent - ICI - OttawaSkills & Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience managing ICI projects sites
• Ideally, full cycle Institutional build experience
• Experience site managing Medium value projects ($5 - 50 Million).
• General knowledge of all construction related fields (including concrete, structural steel, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finishing);
• Strong multi-tasking abilities;
• Communication and people skills;
• Attention to detail and paperwork organization;
• Basic computer skills; and
• Problem solving skills.
• Full valid drivers licence

Construction Site Superintendent - ICI - OttawaThe organization is a well known ICI focused General Contractor, based in the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area, with a presence across Eastern Ontario.

A basic salary of up to $125,000
