Construction Technician The Construction Technician work with the site team to maintain the site quality, safety and cleanliness.  They will also be responsible general labor functions as they relate to maintenance and clean-up, as needed. What we look for? At least two years experience in residential construction required. Clean driver’s abstract. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What will you do? Provide assistance to Site Superintendent & Assistant Site Superintendent General labor functions such as site cleanup and maintenance as needed. Assist Site Superintendent and the Assistant with quality controls checks on framing, insulation, foundation, and pre-occupancy per company’s standard. Communicate with trades and suppliers by phone, email, or in person as instructed. Maintain construction site cleanliness & safety Removal of garbage, debris, and snow, through sweeping & pressure washing. Ensure that access into and out of home sites are safe and clean (includes stairs, ramps, guardrails, sidewalks, and driveways). Perform touch ups and repairs on deficiencies left by trades.   Performs other related duties as assigned.   Rohit University customized learning & development program.
