The Opportunity
As a Consultant, you will play a key role across all stages of client engagements—from discovery and diagnostics to solution development and implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with Associates and fellow Consultants, apply structured problem-solving and analytics, and contribute directly to client-facing recommendations that influence real business decisions.
What You’ll Do
Client Engagement & Delivery
Collaborate within teams of two to four Associates and Consultants to support all phases of client engagements
Contribute to defined workstreams, execute analyses, and support internal and client reviews
Structure ambiguous problems and develop practical, client-ready solutions
Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients
Analysis & Modeling
Structure, clean data, and analyze large and complex datasets (pricing, transactional, customer)
Build analytical frameworks and models such as elasticity models, segmentation, price waterfalls, and scenario analyses
Translate analysis into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
Communication & Influence
Develop executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, models, and narratives
Communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way
Team & Firm Contribution
Uphold high-quality standards and accountability across project work
Foster collaboration, learn from experienced team members, and support newer associates
Contribute to knowledge management, training materials, and internal infrastructure
Share industry insights and prior experiences to support team learning and growth
Adapt priorities to meet evolving client needs and project milestones
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree with 3+ years of work experience (Master’s Degree or MBA preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client-facing confidence with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
Collaborative, team-first mindset with high attention to detail and quality
Past consulting or pricing experience preferred
